Create your workspace
Your workspace is your business on Pitvolt: your chargers, your team, your earnings.
- Open the dashboard sign-in page and choose Create a workspace.
- Sign in with your Google account.
- Enter your Workspace name. This is the business name drivers and Pitvolt see. Press Create workspace.
- Your dashboard opens immediately. While your workspace is under review, a banner shows and chargers cannot go live yet: "Your workspace is still under review. Chargers go live once approved."
- Approval arrives by email. From then on your chargers can accept sessions.
One Google account, one workspace. If your account already has a workspace, sign in from the normal login screen instead.
If your workspace is not approved
The review email includes the reviewer's note explaining why. Fix the issue described and resubmit, or contact customer.service@pitvolt.com if you need help.
