Watch it run
Sessions, payments, alerts, the audit log, and remote charger actions in the Pitvolt dashboard.
Overview
The dashboard opens on an overview that shows active sessions, total energy delivered, and amount settled. Fourteen-day charts let you spot trends at a glance. Issue cards surface offline chargers, stuck payments, faulted sessions, and critical alerts, each linking to the relevant section so you can act immediately. The earnings card shows your all-time and this-month earnings alongside your platform fee.
Sessions
The sessions list is searchable and uses plain-word states so you always know what is happening.
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Preparing | The charger is setting up. No energy has flowed yet. |
| Charging | Energy is actively being delivered to the vehicle. |
| Wrapping up | Charging has finished. The session is settling its final amounts. |
| Paused by charger | The charger paused delivery. Common during smart-charging schedules. |
| Paused by car | The vehicle requested a pause, for example when its battery management system is balancing cells. |
Open any session to see its full timeline, the energy and money figures, and the payment trail from collection to settlement. Admins can press Stop session to end an active charge immediately. The driver is only charged for the energy that was actually delivered up to that point.
Payments
The payments list shows every collection with its current state. Payments that are stuck or require attention are highlighted so they are easy to find. Admins can press Refund to return funds to the driver.
When a provider has confirmed settlement out-of-band, admins can also force a payment into the settled state. Use this only after confirming with the provider directly.
Alerts
Alerts are grouped into three levels: Info, Warning, and Critical. Each alert links to the charger or session it relates to so you can investigate without hunting. Resolve an alert once you have handled it. Resolved alerts remain viewable so you have a record of what happened and when.
Audit log
The audit log records every admin action taken in your workspace for the last 90 days, including actions that failed. Each entry shows who did it, what they did, when, and the outcome. Filter by area, or search by actor, subject, or action to find exactly what you are looking for.
Remote charger actions
From any charger's detail page, admins can take the following remote actions without touching the hardware.
- Report status now: requests a fresh status from the charger. The updated state arrives in approximately 15 seconds.
- Reboot charger: sends a soft reboot command. Because this ends any active session, the dashboard asks you to confirm before proceeding.
- Unlock connector: releases a stuck cable from the charger's latch. This is safe to use while the connector is idle.
- Set a connector Inoperative to stop the charger from accepting new sessions without unplugging anything. Set it back to Operative when you are ready to resume.
