Invite your team
Add admins and viewers to your Pitvolt workspace, and manage invitations.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full control: chargers, money, and team. |
| Viewer | Read-only: sees everything, changes nothing. |
Send an invitation
- Go to Team and press Invite member.
- Enter the Email address and pick a role.
- Press Send invitation. The invite link expires in 7 days and works once.
Invitation states
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | The invitation was sent but has not been accepted yet. |
| Not delivered | The email bounced. Press Resend to try again with a corrected address. |
| Accepted | The invitee has signed in and joined the workspace. |
| Revoked | Press Revoke to cancel the link immediately. The invitee cannot accept after revocation. |
Accepting an invitation
The invitee opens the link in the invitation email and signs in with Google using the invited address exactly. A different Google account will not work.
Changing and removing members
Change a member's role from the members table. The new role takes effect on their next sign-in.
Press Remove to end a member's access immediately.
You cannot remove the last admin. Promote another member to Admin first, then remove the departing one.
